We prioritize shared exploration of our therapeutic relationship compatibility early on because our connection is the core element necessary to co-create a shared space of nourishing, conscious self-exploration.

Together, we'll understand your current experiences through a few introductory meetings and an exploratory questionnaire and see if there's alignment with my area of practice and our shared presence brings value and enjoyment to your path of self-exploration.

In this practice, nourishing conscious self-exploration happens through the evolution of our relationship, including gentle, consistent and persistent experiences of shared embodied presence and wonder.

The more we nourish, the more we flourish. The more you’re available for this enjoyable and nourishing relationship with yourself, the more benefits you receive and the more you flourish in your life, regardless of the actual weather in your life (joy and ease or pain and suffering).

We meet nature walking and the frequency is based on your readiness, the space in my practice and the weather. A few introductory meetings are held virtually via Zoom video.

If we're a really good match, the benefits of weekly consistent conscious self-exploration can be life changing in connecting you to your own source of sustainable well-being. If you're ready to be supported in receiving the benefits of a deeply nourishing and powerful relationship with yourself and there's space in my weekly hybrid virtual and nature walking practice, then you’ll receive guaranteed weekly availability from me as well. Days of personal preference, illness, inclement weather or extremes of temperature - below feels like -15°C or above feels like +30°C as a guideline – are held virtually via Zoom video.

Working together may serve you if:

you're ready for therapy that's actually an enjoyable process of meeting and experiencing yourself and feeling supported in nourishing whatever arises on the path

you're ready for gentle consistency of nourishing self-exploration, like having a gym membership for your spiritual, physical, intellectual/mental, relational and emotional well-being (inSPIRE), where the regular exercise is deeply listening to the body (including the nervous system and mind) and meeting what arises exactly as you are in the present moment, including your needs for rest and gentle stretching

even though parts of you feel stuck sometimes, deep down you know there's a way through, even if it's hard to see right now

Working together is not for you if:

you're only interested in virtual psychotherapy and not ready or available for any in person nature walking

you're not ready for some degree of gentle consistency of self-nourishment through shared embodied presence and you're only interested in temporary relief through episodic, drop-in or crisis/emergency work

you're seeking to be rescued or told what to do with your life rather than supported with care in meeting yourself where you're at and exploring your experience collaboratively, revealing your own power to discern and make decisions within your relationship with yourself, others and your life

you're looking for a quick fix or you're not ready to explore the process of being in the present moment with the inner experiences of the body​, including the nervous system and mind - eg. thoughts, feelings, body sensations
