Blossoming in Seasons - Beginning with Light, Age 35-75 - Now Accepting New Patients

  • Hybrid nature walking and virtual psychotherapy for up to four seasons (one year), potential for renewal depending on availability. You may choose to practice for one, two, three or all four seasons. Click to see 2025 FLYER PDF. Click to see 2025 INFO SHEET PDF.

  • Each session we embody the wisdom of the seasons in each moment as we experience walking through the seasons of the year and weekly seasons of life over the span of a year. The pace of the walking and the talking is led by you, so you're welcome to embody stillness or silence at any time you need during a session. Balanced with virtual sessions via Zoom video.

Core Values and Intake Process
  • Core Values of Practice - Therapeutic MatchWeekly Commitment to Yourself, Freedom to Stop at any Time: Evidence shows that the therapeutic relationship is the primary source of healing transformation so in order to offer quality care, I need to trust in the ongoing shared sense of value and the therapeutic or healing nature of our relationship. Together we'll review your story through a few introductory meetings and I'll be honest with you about whether or not I could be of value to you. The level of care I offer is weekly psychotherapy so if this is the frequency of practice you are ready for, the weekly commitment to yourself allows me to trust that our intentions are shared as this is the same commitment I offer to you. If our shared practice is not serving you, you are free to stop at anytime​.

  • Working together may serve you if:

    • you're ready to show up for yourself every week like having a gym membership where the weekly exercise is listening to your body (including your mind) in the present moment AND

    • even though parts of you feel stuck, deep down you know there's another way to live AND

    • you're seeking to connect to your whole body (including your mind) through motion or nature OR

    • you're seeking to invest in your relationship with yourself in a playful way OR

    • you identify as or suspect you might be neurodivergent to some degree (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD, highly sensitive, slow sensory, cognitive or emotional processing speed)

  • Working together is not for you if:

    • you're not ready or able to make a weekly commitment to our shared practice and need sessions more or less frequently

    • you want to be told what to do with your life rather than practice collaboratively to allow you to relax into a present, honest and loving relationship with yourself

    • you're looking for a quick fix or you are not open to the process of being in the present moment with the experiences of the body​ (including your mind)

  • Intake Process: Call me to schedule a walking introductory meeting to see if we're a good initial match. I'll also send you my practice documents for you to review.
