My Approach
In the field of offering care to inspire healing transformation, universal wisdoms are shared in the unique manner that each individual provider connects to and then, those who find value in their manner are drawn to it. The beauty is that there's something out there for everyone and you get to decide who and what serves you.
My practice is Relational, Gentle and Dynamic. We engage on a moment to moment basis through shared Presence and Attunement in our relationship with our own individual selves, in our therapeutic relationship with each other and in our relationship with nature. We connect to the space within our whole bodies (including our minds) to see ourselves as we really are and hold ourselves with care. With the qualities of fiercely loving presence with the whole body, spaciousness and honesty, we ask important questions towards the whole body that uncover your own natural wisdom and resources. My practice is 100% weekly individual psychotherapy for adults. I do not perform diagnostic assessments or prescribe medications. My practice is guided by the following modalities:

If you're curious about the backstory of this approach, this blog post explains how we get stuck and how it's the relational experience of connection within you (between your Self and all of your different inner experiences) that shifts your inner system back into a state of connection where it may honestly see things as they are and hold and process the natural human experiences of pain and joy in life to transform and flourish, rather than powering through or losing your Self in them: Read more.

If you're curious about how we co-create this relational experience within you in a session, this blog post explains options for common practices we may choose to engage with in our shared space while walking in nature or virtually, moment to moment: Read more.

Years of my personal experience of processing and integrating my own pain and joy through these practices of relaxing into a present, honest, loving, embodied relationship with myself
Through walking with me, you may experience...

more space to breathe
more balance, harmony and ease among all parts of you
being more empowered and loving and connected to your true self
being more fully embodied, whole, alive and here, present and playful in your own body and your life
a shift in the energy around whatever you may be carrying in your being - the heart, the mind, the body
the uncovering of a deeper wisdom, courage and creativity from where you will meet what arises within you and in life around you with a greater appropriateness to the situation
more lightness, calm, clarity, confidence and space to see things as they are, including yourself, and hold what's arising within you with care
